ECAP, a Texas teacher alternative certification program is deeply saddened by the damage from Hurricane Harvey currently affecting our brothers and sisters in the southern part of Texas.
ECAP is going to forgive program fees for our teachers that are victims of the hurricane and subsequent flooding until January. If there are any affected interns that we have not been able to contact about program fee forgiveness, please contact our office at (817) 284-7731 when you are able to do so.
In addition to fee forgiveness for affected interns, ECAP will be contributing $5,000 to the JJ Watt organized Houston Flood Relief Fund to aid the rescue and cleanup efforts.
We would like to encourage the ECAP teaching community to join us in our contribution.
